Diesel and Dust
My name is Tumelo Maketekete, and I am a motoring journalist, outdoor and lifestyle enthusiast. A freelance motoring and adventure TV and radio presenter. On TV I am currently on the Wild in SA production (which airs on Ignition TV) and my previous radio contribution was on Talk Radio 702 on Saturday mornings on a show hosted by then Miss Phemelo Motene. Currently contributing motoring content to Lesedi FM (a national radio station with a huge Sesotho speaking listenership). I have recently joined the SA Commuter Radio (and Ebiz Radio).
If I am not contributing on TV and radio (with radio being my favourite) then my motoring content is also published in Public Eye Newspaper, which is Lesotho based with a weekly circulation of 22 000 copies.
Other than that I am an aspiring farmer, a father and husband.
